Jiuzhaigou Valley (simplified Chinese: 九寨沟; traditional Chinese: 九寨溝; pinyin: Jiǔzhàigōu; lit. "Valley of Nine Villages"; Tibetan: Sicadêgu) is a nature reserve in northern Sichuan province of China. It is known for its many multi-level waterfalls and colorful lakes, and was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1992.

I took a trip there during fall 2007. The scenery was amazing and out of this world. All shots were taken with Canon EOS 40D, Canon EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 and EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM.

These shots were taken on a trip to Tokyo early this year.

The first batch were taken at Tokyo Disney Sea resort. A pretty place with lots of photographic opportunity.

The 2nd batch were taken at Roppoongi Hills. Roppongi Hills (六本木ヒルズ, Roppongi Hiruzu?) is one of Japan's largest integrated property developments, located in the Roppongi district of Tokyo.

The 3rd batch were taken at Shinjuku. Shinjuku (新宿区, Shinjuku-ku?) is one of the 23 special wards of Tokyo, Japan. It is a major commercial and administrative centre, housing the busiest train station in the world (Shinjuku Station), and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, the administration center for the Tokyo Metropolis. The area around Shinjuku Station is home to a large concentration of department stores, specialist electronic and camera shops, cinemas, restaurants and bars. Many international hotels have a large presence here.

My trip to Shanghai during Oct 2006. Shanghai is probably the trendiest city in Mainland China with a nice mixture of western and Chinese culture/architecture.

Guilin is supposed have one of the scenery in China. unfortunately, this trip was spoilt by really bad weather with heavy fog.

The 2nd part of my trip to Kaohsiung

Went Kaohsiung early this month for a short break. It is the 2nd largest city of Taiwan and largest city on the Southern part of the island.
